Hey, My fellow rebel

Check out my new book coming this fall

The World’s Forgotten Boy:

One Man's Quest to Rebuild Himself From the Institutions That Nearly Broke Him

This memoir is for the rebels who want to feel less alone in the fight for justice, even if they feel like society has rejected them and won’t listen.

How do you know if this book is for you? Do you feel like a rebel, with lots of questions?

It’s not wrong to question authority (or at least it shouldn’t be). To ask a simple question and expect a simple answer is how human understanding works. In the Bible, we see Jesus pushing back against the authorities of his day with questions. We also see the Apostles and disciples imitating the same behavior. When you ask questions, especially the controversial ones, you are imitating Jesus. When you ask questions, especially the controversial ones, you are bravely growing.

My hope is that the conversation (in a sense) that you and I have in this book becomes a safe space for you to grapple with all of the questions that you have about the church and other institutions that have caused you harm.
